Terms and Conditions:

• I am of legal age in the state of my residence and posses a valid SS# or Fed ID#. This Contact becomes effective on the date received signed and accepted by the company. Understand that in order to maintain a viable service and product and to comply with changes in federal, state, and local laws or economic conditions, the company may modify or add to these terms and conditions and policies and procedures from time to time. Such additions and modifications will, upon notice, become binding part of this Contact. I understand that the company may quit doing business or supporting anyone in the event any Term, Condition, Policy, or Procedure is breached.
• I agree not to make any false or misleading statements about the company or the company's products.
• I will not use the names, trade names, logos, copyrighted materials, or trademarks except in materials provided or explicitly approved by the company.
• I understand that I have no right to refund or support from SoftWebOnline.com if I do not follow the support policies and procedures, or if WYZ Computer Consultants, Inc. rules that PRODUCT failure was due to accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication or equipment failure.
• SoftWebOnline.com and its suppliers' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at SoftWebOnline.com, option, either (a) return of the price paid, or (b) repair or replacement of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or hardware that does not meet SoftWebOnline.com, Limited Warranty and which is returned to SoftWebOnline.com, with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication. Any replacement SOFTWARE PRODUCT or hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Outside the United States, neither these remedies nor any product support services offered by SoftWebOnline.com, are available without proof of purchase from an authorized international source.
• Should any part of this Contract for any reason by declared invalid, such decision will not effect the validity of any remaining portion, which will remain in full force.
• Anti-SPAM Policy. In our ongoing commitment to providing superior service for our customers, we do not permit the use of our services for SPAM.
• Should either party wish to terminate the service, that party may terminate the service at any time with a 1 day written notice.
• I will not hold SoftWebOnline.com, its employees, principles, or affiliates liable for direct or indirect loss of compensation due to non-payment, non-fulfillment or termination of products or services.
• The parties expressly agree that there are no verbal or written representations or agreements relating to the Service Application. The laws of Oklahoma govern this application.
• In the event of any legal proceeding relating to this Agreement or the terms hereof, both SoftWebOnline.com and Customer agree that the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma shall have jurisdiction over any such dispute and that venue shall be in Tulsa County, Oklahoma except for those disputes involving federal issues, in which event the Federal Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma shall have jurisdiction and venue shall be in the Northern District of Oklahoma.
